Asbestos Lawyers and Solicitors

A lawyer and client relationship should be partnership. The client must be comfortable with the lawyer for the case to succeed. Clients should ask a few questions:

• Is the lawyer / solicitor licensed to practice in my state (USA)?
• How experienced is the lawyer /solicitor in handling asbestos cases?
• Is the lawyer knowledgeable with the industry you work in.
• Does he / she know about the asbestos products that were used?
• What is the Lawyer’s /Solicitor's trial record?
• What jury verdicts has the lawyer achieved?
• Will you be dealing with the lawyer directly, or will you be communicating with a paralegal or legal secretary?
• Does the lawyer to explain the litigation to you in slow time?
• Does the lawyer offer an assessment of the success of your case?
• How do you feel generally about the lawyer?
